Great communication and item! great product - even better in person! Will order again!

While it was a pleasant experience to place the order, the product quality is not as good as I had hoped. the top of the bag were all untreated raw cuts making them extremely sharp. When I checked the product it sliced through my arm. the handle ropes were in complete as well. There is no aglet on any of the rope ends, just tapes which I presume were there to only hold it in place till they attach an aglet which never happened. I added another product to my order, despite the entire order being delayed for a few weeks the way they came felt unfinished and had no quality check. very disappointed especially when problems were reflected, they took no ownership of the problems. How unfortunate it had to turn on this way. I would say, it's a risk to buy products especially new products without prior samples.
